Shipping and Transit Times

General delivery is basic ground service and can be expected to take 5-7 business days, depending on the state it is going to. Our delivery charges are listed below.

If you need faster delivery, choose one of our express services. Express orders placed by 3:00 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day. Please be aware Express delivery is business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Express Delivery is not an option for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Returns & Exchanges

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed!

You may return any unworn, unwashed, unaltered or defective merchandise within 90 days of the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Validation of purchase must be made by us in the form of an original or gift receipt or through our database by way of order confirmation with customer name, order number, order date and order amount. Identification of customer may be required on all returns. All refunds will be credited or paid out in the original form of payment, however, merchandise credit may be given for gift receipt returns. If your original purchase was made by check, a check will be mailed within 30 days of return. Please note that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


All Final Sales Items

All Final Sales items sold in the C&Y Outlet and with a price ending in $0.96 which indicates a final sales items, may not be returned or exchanged.

Price Adjustment Policy

At Cali and York, it is our policy not to give price adjustments for items purchased prior to our Seasonal Sales or through the Cali and York Outlet Store. It is our belief that prior to the sale, customers are able to shop our full selection of product styles and sizes to ensure they are able to get the exact items they wish to purchase. At sale time there is no guarantee that all styles and sizes will be available or on sale.
